١. ما يجمعه التطبيق

بيانات الحساب: عند إنشاء حساب تقدّم بريداً إلكترونياً وكلمة مرور، أو تسجّل الدخول بحساب Google (فيصل التطبيق بريدك واسمك المعروض). ويمكنك استخدام التطبيق كزائر بدون حساب، وعندها لا يُجمع أي من ذلك.

الملف الشخصي والبيانات الصحية: يمكنك إدخال الاسم والعمر والجنس والطول والوزن، وهدفك التدريبي ومستوى خبرتك. يستخدمها التطبيق لحساب برامجك وسعراتك ومعدل تقدمك.

وإذا استخدمت ميزة الـ InBody فقد تُدخل أيضاً أرقام تحليل مكوّنات الجسم — نسب العضلات لكل طرف ونسبة الدهون. هذه الأرقام تُحفظ على جهازك وحده ولا تُرفع إلى أي مكان، والتحليل الذي يحوّلها إلى توصيات تدريبية يعمل بالكامل داخل هاتفك.

نشاطك الرياضي: يسجّل التطبيق التمارين التي تنهيها (الحركات والمجموعات والتكرارات والأوزان وأوقات الراحة والتواريخ)، وتاريخ وزنك، ويوميات طعامك، وتقدمك في البرنامج.

الصور: إذا استخدمت ميزة صور التقدم، يطلب التطبيق إذن الكاميرا ومعرض الصور ويحفظ الصور التي تختارها أنت فقط — ولا يفحص معرض صورك.

محتوى المجتمع: ما تنشره في المجتمع أو الدردشة أو الرسائل المباشرة — النص واسمك المعروض ووقت النشر — يُحفظ ويكون مرئياً لمستخدمي التطبيق الآخرين. لا تنشر ما لا ترغب أن يراه غيرك.

الإشعارات: إذا سمحت بالإشعارات، يُحفظ رمز إشعارات لجهازك لإرسال تنبيهات الراحة والتذكيرات.

٢. ما لا يجمعه التطبيق

• لا تتبّع لسلوكك ولا تحليلات — لا توجد أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع سلوك أو تقارير أعطال. أما الإعلانات فلها قسم مستقل هو القسم ٣ أدناه.
• لا موقع جغرافي ولا جهات اتصال.
• لا بيع للبيانات ولا مشاركتها مع وسطاء بيانات.

٣. الإعلانات

التطبيق اليوم لا يعرض أي إعلانات. مكتبة إعلانات Google (AdMob) موجودة داخل التطبيق لكنها مطفأة: لا تُشغَّل إطلاقاً، وما دامت مطفأة فهي لا تجمع أي شيء.

ويمكن تشغيل الإعلانات عن بُعد دون أن تُثبّت نسخة جديدة. ولهذا يصف هذا القسم ما سيحدث عند تشغيلها من الآن، بدل أن يُعاد كتابته لاحقاً — فتغيير لن تراه ليس إفصاحاً.

عند تشغيل الإعلانات:

• تتلقى Google المعرّف الإعلاني لجهازك مع المعلومات المعتادة المرافقة لطلب الإعلان: نوع الجهاز، ولغته، والدولة التقريبية المستنتجة من عنوان الإنترنت، وأي مساحة إعلانية عُرضت. تستخدمها Google لاختيار الإعلانات وعرضها وقياسها، بصفتها متحكّماً مستقلاً لا معالِجاً نيابة عنا، وتخضع معالجتها لـسياسة خصوصية Google وشروطها الإعلانية.
• إذا كنت في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو المملكة المتحدة أو سويسرا تظهر لك نافذة موافقة أولاً. والإعلانات تكون غير مخصصة ما لم توافق صراحةً على المخصصة — وإذا تعذّر إتمام الموافقة لأي سبب فالنتيجة إعلانات غير مخصصة.
• يمكنك إعادة ضبط معرّفك الإعلاني أو حذفه في أي وقت من إعدادات أندرويد ← الخصوصية ← الإعلانات.
• لا تُرسَل إلى أي شبكة إعلانات أي بيانات تمارين أو بيانات صحية أو أرقام تحليل جسم أو صور أو رسائل أو بيانات ملفك الشخصي. طلب الإعلان لا يحمل شيئاً من ذلك.

الأماكن التي لن يظهر فيها إعلان أبداً: أثناء التمرين، ولا على شاشة ملخّص التمرين بعد انتهائه، ولا أثناء إنشاء الحساب. وهذا مثبّت في اختبارات التطبيق نفسه، لا في النيّة وحدها.

كما يقرأ التطبيق عند تشغيله ملف إعدادات صغيراً من Firebase — وهو المفتاح المذكور أعلاه وأي مزايا مفتوحة. وهو نفسه لكل المستخدمين، وقراءته لا ترسل عنك شيئاً.

٤. أين تُحفظ بياناتك

تُحفظ بيانات الحساب والملف الشخصي والتمارين والمجتمع والصور في Google Firebase بصفته معالِجاً للبيانات نيابة عنا، وتخضع معالجة Google لها لـسياسة خصوصية Google.

أما إعداداتك والبرامج المخزّنة مؤقتاً وقراءات الـ InBody ومفتاح الذكاء الاصطناعي إن أدخلته فتُحفظ على جهازك فقط، والمفتاح تحديداً في التخزين الآمن المشفّر بالجهاز ولا يُرفع إلى خوادمنا أبداً.

٥. الأطراف الخارجية

لا يتصل التطبيق بجهة خارجية إلا في هذه الحالات:

بدون مفتاحك الخاص، يجيب المدرب الذكي من بيانات مضمّنة داخل التطبيق ولا يرسل شيئاً خارج جهازك.

٦. تحكّمك في بياناتك

• الاطلاع والتعديل على ملفك وتمارينك وقياساتك في أي وقت.
• حذف عناصر مفردة — تمارين، وجبات، صور، منشورات، رسائل.
• تصدير بياناتك إلى ملف، أو نسخها إلى حساب Google Drive الخاص بك.
• مسح كل شيء من الإعدادات.
• حذف حسابك وبياناته المحفوظة بمراسلتنا على العنوان أعلاه، وننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً.

٧. الأطفال

بنيان تطبيق تدريب بالأثقال وغير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بيانات منهم عن علم. إذا كنت تظن أن طفلاً قدّم لنا بيانات، راسلنا وسنحذفها.

٨. الأمان

الاتصال بـ Firebase مشفّر أثناء النقل (HTTPS/TLS)، وقواعد أمان Firestore تقصر القراءة والكتابة على سجلات المستخدم نفسه؛ ومحتوى المجتمع مقروء للآخرين بحكم طبيعته. مفتاح الذكاء الاصطناعي محفوظ في التخزين المشفّر بالجهاز.

لا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، ولا يمكننا ضمان أمان مطلق.

٩. التغييرات

عند أي تغيير جوهري سنحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه، وننبّهك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير يمسّ طريقة استخدام بياناتك.

1. What the app collects

Account information

If you create an account you provide an email address and password, or sign in with Google (which gives the app your Google account's email address and display name). You can also use the app anonymously without an account, in which case none of this is collected.

Profile and health information

You may enter a name, age, gender, height and weight, along with your training goal and experience level. This is what the app uses to calculate your programs, calorie and macro targets, and progression.

If you use the InBody feature you may also type in body-composition figures from a body-composition scan — segmental lean percentages and body-fat percentage. These are stored only on your device and are never uploaded. The analysis that turns them into training advice runs entirely on your phone.

Fitness activity

The app records the workouts you complete (exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, rest and session dates), your body-weight history, your food diary entries, and your progress through a training program.

Photos

If you use the progress-photo feature, the app asks for camera and photo library access and stores the photos you choose. It only ever accesses the specific images you pick or capture — it does not scan your gallery.

Community content

If you post to the community feed, the group chat, or send a direct message, that content, your display name and the time of posting are stored and are visible to other users of the app. Do not post anything you would not want other users to see.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app stores a push token for your device so it can send you rest-timer and reminder notifications.

2. What the app does not collect

• No analytics or tracking of your behaviour. There is no analytics, attribution or crash-reporting SDK. Advertising is covered separately in section 3 below.
• No location. The app never requests or reads your location.
• No contacts. The app never reads your contacts.
• No selling of data. Your data is never sold or shared with data brokers.

3. Advertising

Today the app shows no ads. Google's Mobile Ads (AdMob) library is included in the app, but it is switched off: it is never started, and while it is off it collects nothing at all.

Advertising can be switched on remotely, without you having to install a new version. That is why this section describes what happens when it is on, rather than being rewritten later — a change you would never see is not a disclosure.

When advertising is on:

• Google receives your device's advertising ID together with the ordinary information that accompanies an ad request: device model, language, the approximate country derived from your IP address, and which ad space was filled. Google uses this to select, deliver and measure ads, as an independent controller rather than as a processor for us, and its handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and its advertising terms.
• If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland you are shown a consent form first. Ads are non-personalised unless you explicitly agree to personalised ones — and if the consent flow cannot complete for any reason, non-personalised is what you get.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• No workout data, health data, body-composition figures, photos, messages or profile information is sent to any ad network. Ad requests carry none of it.

Where ads will never appear: during a workout, on the screen that summarises a finished workout, or while you are signing up. This is enforced in the app's own test suite, not only by intention.

The app also reads a small configuration document from Firebase when it starts — the switch described above, and which features are open. It is the same for every user, and reading it sends nothing about you.

4. Where your data is stored

Account, profile, workout, community and photo data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage), acting as a data processor on our behalf. Firebase's own handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Some data — your settings, cached programs, your body-composition (InBody) readings, and any AI provider key you enter — is stored only on your device. Your AI provider key is kept in the device's encrypted secure storage and is never uploaded to our servers.

5. Third parties your data can reach

The app talks to an outside service only in these cases:

Without your own AI key, the AI Coach answers from data bundled inside the app and sends nothing off the device.

6. Your control over your data

• See and edit your profile, workouts and measurements at any time inside the app.
• Delete individual items — workouts, food entries, photos, posts and messages.
• Export your data to a file, or back it up to your own Google Drive.
• Clear everything on the device from Settings.
• Delete your account and its stored data by contacting us at the address at the top of this policy. We will action the request within 30 days.

7. Children

بنيان is a strength-training app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Security

Traffic to Firebase is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to stored data is restricted by Firestore security rules so that a signed-in user can read and write only their own records; community content is readable by other users by design. Your AI provider key is held in the device's encrypted secure store.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where the change affects how your data is used, notify you inside the app.
